Privacy Policy

Whorl is built so that your data stays yours. The short version: we collect nothing.

What we collect

Nothing. Whorl has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no servers of our own. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

What stays on your device

• Session history (your completed sessions, streaks, and constellation) is stored only on your device and, if you use iCloud device backups, in your own backup.
• Settings (motion style, intensity, preferences) are stored only on your device.
• Headphone motion. If you enable head tracking, AirPods motion data is processed on your device in real time to position audio, and is never stored or transmitted. Disable it anytime in the player.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

Whorl does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it collects no information at all.

Changes

If a future feature ever changes any of the above (for example, optional cloud sync), we will update this policy first and explain exactly what is collected and why, before it ships.
